Colorful Washington Apples High Tea #FBAISoiree

" Give Me Red " I requested to Washington Apples - India and they presented us with Red as well as Green apples ( Granny Smith ) plus many more delicious , eye candy hors d'oeuvres , desserts , smoothies , coolers , even the fusion-mock tail Pani -puri infused with apple juice. Enjoyed every juicy drop & bit of the #FBAIsoiree , the High Tea meet with nutritious #WashingtonApples & Food Bloggers Association, India (FBAI)


High quality Washington Apples in vibrant hues and the aesthetics of St. Regis upped the exclusivity quotient of  the High Tea #FBAISoiree with media and food-bloggers. Chef Himanshu Taneja, Director of Culinary, St Regis Hotel, Mumbai, curated a Healthy High Tea Menu with Washington apples as the main Ingredient.



Within a few years of it's inception FBAI ( Food Bloggers Association of India ) has earned an unique reputation among Indian Hospitality industry and gourmands through it's innovative and glamorous events such as #FBAIsoirees , #IFBAwards , #LetsEatFBAI etc. 




On 3oth March, 2017, Sameer Malkani, co – founder of the FBAI cheerily welcomed us and inaugurated the #WashingtonApples High Tea event. Mr. Keith Sunderlal - India Representative of the Washington Apple Commission acquainted us with the health benefits of Washington Apples.

Lots of interesting theory about Washington Apples made way for perfect practicals i.e.  cooking demonstration by Chef Himanshu Taneja, assisted enthusiastically by Adam Branson, Senior Agricultural Attaché, USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) . We all enjoyed watching the making of ' Seb ka Chenna Payesh ' , a ' Puebla Avocado Tartare' and feasting on many tasty treats featuring Washington Apples.
